Do you like cake?

Good afternoon lovely people

Besides a super stubborn and annoying cough, I would say that I am finally feeling like my self again. It has been a long and tough week, but today is Monday and a new week has started, which I need to embrace. And I will.
I have just had a small re-meeting with my gym, which felt really good. Even though I could feel how one week of totally inactivity has had its impact. Well nothing to do but to get back up on that horse.
Going to gym regularly, or just exercising, is such a big part of my weekly routine – and is something I value getting done really high. There are two reasons for this. One is, how much more energy I get from exercising. Both physically, to get all the things I need to do done, without getting stressed, but also emotionally. Exercising has helped me through the times in my live where I have been most emotionally unstable and depressed.
And the other reason I do it is to feel good about how I look, while at the same time being able to feed my inner foodie. And being able to eat a giant piece of cake if I feel like that, with a good conscience. It just feels and tastes that much better that way.

And speaking of cake. I wanted to tell you guys about this amazing chocolaterie, I tried last weekend. Some of you have probably already tried it as it is super popular, and placed right next to popular Carnaby Street. But if you haven’t yet, and like cake, it is time to do so! The place is called Choccywoccydoodah (have no idea how to pronounce that), and is an extremely creative and artsy chocolaterie, that make some pretty wild cakes and chocolates. The theme is a little bit halloween meets Alice in Wonderland. It is super weird, fun and delicious at the same time.

On top of the store they have a café, where you can order everything from Brownies to chocolate fondues. But the best thing have to be the cakes. They are gigantic and soooo delicious. And the chocolate and ingredients are all clearly of very high quality, that even the most critical choco-lover would appreciate. But be warned. One piece is enough for sharing. We were sitting and observing an impossible battle between 4 girls who had ordered a piece each.

I know am already looking for a new opportunity(excuse) to go back there!

Have an amazing start of the week everyone.

Love
– Maja
